This Moment

I live in the moment. I am when I am supposed to be. It is in this moment that we meet with Spirit.

ometimes it can be difficult to be when we are. In winter, we want summer. In summer, we want autumn. In July, we long for Christmas, but when December comes, where is our Christmas spirit? Harder still is to be present in the moment. Too often we find ourselves worrying the future or mulling over the past.

We need not wait to be in the now. Take a deep breath in the now. We cannot connect with our higher selves last week. We cannot set an appointment to know we are one with the One next Tuesday. We can only interact with Spirit in the moment. We can only connect with the many faces of God as we meet them.

Ecclesiastes 3:1, “To everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under the sun:”
