Cool, Clear Water The water of Spirit fills me. The heat of the moment has no power over me. I am patient, loving, kind, and understanding.
The Christ presence is with us always, and from that presence flow the waters of spirit. They are always there to cool us. They are always there to refresh. It takes but a few moments of prayer to reconnect with the truth of our being, to find our patience, kindness, love, and understanding. Spirit flows through us. St. John 4:14, “But whoever drinks of the water which I give him shall never thirst; but the same water which I give him shall become in him a well of water springing up to life everlasting.” 7/1/2018 | |

n a hot day, there is nothing like a drink of
cool, clear water. We might even wet our fingertips and flick the water at our face to help cool us down. Likewise, in an emotionally hot
moment, perhaps dealing with other drivers, coworkers, the boss, a spouse, or children, we may want to find the equivalent of that cool glass
of water.
