Life without End

I am full of life and energy as I connect with Spirit.

et us know that we are one with Spirit, that Spirit’s life and energy are welling up from within us. Like a lantern of bright, white light, it fills us and helps us maintain mental acuity. Let us shine with the light. Let us focus the light on others through our smiles. Let us burst with the joy of light and energy that fills us and overflows.

We are one with Spirit. We are one with life. The body is of no account, for we have a deeper well, a deeper reserve of energy, to sustain us throughout our days. With the energy and life of spirit, we heal and refresh the body and mind to perform at their peaks.

St. John 6:63, “It is the spirit that gives life; the body is of no account; the words which I have spoken to you are spirit and life.”
