Spiritual Path Show me thy way, O Lord; I walk in the Truth; I follow a spiritual path.
It is important that we remember we are spiritual beings on a spiritual path. Our days need not be hectic, nor our thoughts and emotions scattered. Whenever we find ourselves strewn about, it is time again to find our center, perhaps taking three long, slow, deep breaths, focusing on breathing, and remember we are spiritual beings first. We walk the spirit road. Psalm 86:11, “Show me thy way, O Lord; I will walk in the truth; my heart will rejoice with them that worship thy name.” 7/12/2016 | |

ur lives can seem hectic with demands from
every corner: careers, families, and friends. We encounter news on television or online and it may pull us off center. We may rush
from place to place and our thoughts and emotions may do the same as they bounce from topic to topic and high to low and back again.
