Your Spoken Words have Power

The words I speak resonate throughout my body and become flesh.

cience has shown that matter is vibration; it is energy in another form. The words we speak have force. They are conveyed through vibrations in the air and in our very bodies. Sound frequencies can resonate within us. Doctors use sound frequencies to make bones stronger and help people heal faster. Doctors also use sound waves to control pain. Sound alone has significant power.

But the words we speak also have meaning, meaning that can resonate within us and plant seeds in our thoughts and grow within us. Our spoken words can reinforce what is already in our minds, or they can help to change our thinking. Our spoken words are powerful tools that we can use for our benefit.

St. John 1:14, “And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we saw his glory, a glory like that of the first-born of the Father, full of grace and truth.”
