Mind and Body My mind and body are raised through Spirit. My mind is clarified. My body is healed.
If we do not like where we find ourselves, it is time to create a new reality, a new physical world to be in. That starts with changing our thoughts. Changing our thoughts starts with connecting with the higher realms of Spirit. So, let us lift our thoughts to God. Let us know that we are spiritual beings first. Let our thoughts rise and our world will follow upwards. demands. Our thoughts may be as deeply mired in the whirl of events around us, and in the physical realm.
