Grow

My joy grows and overflows through my interactions with Spirit.

ne way to visualize Spirit as we pray is as a vast sea of bright and joyful, bubbling light that we can reach through a channel within our minds and bodies. As we use this channel more, it grows wider, letting more of this light into us, sweeping away the mundane and bubbling through our minds and bodies to cleanse, purify, refresh, and nourish them.

See it in your mind now, the channel opening and the bubbling, effervescent light washing through each cell of our bodies, each emotion in our hearts, each thought in our minds, sifting through, purifying, enlightening, delighting, and filling us with a growing joy of life. We are one with Spirit, and our joy grows exponentially.

Job 8:19, “Behold, this is the joy of his way, and out of the earth shall others grow.”
