Integration My life is an integrated whole: physical, mental, and spiritual. I live in harmony and integrity in all facets of my life. t is easy for us to go to church on Sundays and not think spiritual thoughts the rest of the week. Or read daily devotionals in the morning, but have the effect lost as we become mired in the concerns of our day: radio news, traffic, our manager’s wanting something done yesterday, or physical pain or discomfort. Soon, the spiritual can be driven from our consciousnesses. Thus, we must train ourselves to know and remember. When we catch ourselves’ having forgotten, we can take a deep breath and remind our bodies and minds that we are all spiritual beings first, that God lives and moves through us, including through managers and even, as Jesus stated it, through the tax collectors.
