Expect the Best I may not know how things will work out, but they will work out. I expect the best, and I receive it. ife and God’s plans for us are not always transparent. We may be in situations where we see no way out. But it is not ours to say what is possible or impossible. It is ours to be firm in our faith that God will find a way. In prayer, we make our requests known to God. We turn the situation over to God, and then we listen for answers and watch for opportunities. Worry is taking the situation back from God. Let us leave it in God’s hands. After turning it over, let us expect the best and hold the situation in love. Things will work out better than we ever imagined, although it may take time to see. Philippians 4:6, “Do not worry over things, but always by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.” 7/21/2018 | |
