Grace

God’s grace is upon me and all those I meet. I forgive, and I am forgiven.

e are not the sum of a list of crimes committed by us or our ancestors. We are spiritual beings, children of the Most High, learning to fulfill our spiritual destiny in this physical, improvisational school we call Earth. We are forgiven as we forgive. Our errors while learning life lessons are no more held against our souls permanently than an addition error on one homework assignment.

God loves us. God is willing to deliver us from affliction. God will guide us. God bestows his grace upon us. But God also asks that we be gracious in return to those around us, to those whom we perceive as having harmed us. For God is also within them and forgives them.

St. Matthew 6:14, “For if you forgive men their faults, your Father in heaven will also forgive you.”
