I am new and whole in body and mind right now.

istory is not a chain that fixes our destiny. History is a place we once lived, but now we live in the present. We can make choices in this moment that take us to a new place, that make us a new and different person than we were before.

We are new and whole in body and mind right now. We make the decision right now to be more Christ-like with every breath we take in. We release the old, the selfish, the fearful with every breath we breathe out.

We are new and whole in body and mind right now. The path of the Christ is before us, and we follow it through our every choice we make now.

II Corinthians 5:17, “Whoever from now on is a follower of Christ is a new creation; old things have passed away.”
